You are ready to wear a maternity bra at 3-4 months. Avoid under-wire styles but select a design that offers support and flexibility.
You will start wearing it at the tightest setting but can loosen by a setting at a time as you grow.
The lower cup should fit well for support and there should be room in the cup for growth- so when you first buy, there should be room to fit your hand in the cup section.
The shoulder straps can be adjusted as your bust expands to avoid restriction.

To ensure a great fit, we have designed the Annabella range in line with your pre-pregnancy clothing size. Stretch fabrics provide comfort and allow for normal pregnancy weight gain. Most or our garments feature special gather, ruching or wrap details that grow with your changing shape and look flattering post pregnancy.
It is best to buy in your pre-pregnancy size, however, if you feel you have gained more, buy one size up for comfort.
BRA SIZING:
To determine your correct bra size you need to take two measurements with a centimeter tape measure.Try to hold it level around your body.
Measure tightly just under your bust and then measure the fullest part of your bust. Here the tape measure must not cut into your bust. The difference between these two measurements will determine your cup size. Remember to allow a little extra for your bust to expand when your milk comes in.
Bra size:
73cm - 77cm = 34
78cm - 82cm = 36
83cm-87cm = 38
Cup size: ( the difference between your two measurements)
14cm-16cm = B
17cm-18cm = C
19cm-20cm = D
