RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, there is no need to worry, we’ll gladly exchange it or give you a refund. Simply read our returns information below for all of the facts that you may need when returning or exchanging your purchase.
Goods are returned to Annabella Maternity at your own expense.
Returns are only accepted providing the items are returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact.
Please ensure any unwanted item(s) are returned within 7 days of receipt (3 days for sale items).
Returns are processed within 7-10 working days from when they arrive back to the warehouse.
Refunds will be credited in the manner in which payment was made. Once the refund has been processed any funds due should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days (Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside our control).
Underwear (panties) cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please make sure you refer to our sizing guide before ordering.
Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. We may refuse returns where it’s obvious this hasn’t been done. The hygiene sticker needs to still be in place.
Where a discount has been applied for a multiple purchase (e.g. Buy 2 and get 50% off your 3rd), the discount will no longer apply if returning only part of that multiple purchase.
All non Annabella products may only be returned if defective. Returns will not be accepted after 7 working days
How to return
To return your parcel please do so either via a Postnet or direct courier. Should you have any queries regarding this please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 083 5222 455.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Please be aware that you need to select the tracking service otherwise your parcel can not be tracked.
We highly recommend that you keep a copy of your postage receipt.
If you would prefer that we arrange our courier to collect the items that you wish to return, we can provide you with a quote.
