FAQ

How do I place an order?

  • We are an online shop so you will be able to easily select and then purchase your items on this website via our secure payment gateway.
  • Browse through our categories to view our product options. Click on “select options” to view more details and colour options for each product.
  • To zoom in on the visual displayed, place your mouse over it. To view the smaller thumbnail visuals below the main product shot, please click on them.
  • Styling tips, washcare and size information may be viewed by clicking on the tabs to activate.
  • When you wish to purchase an item,  select your size from the drop-down options , then click on the desired colour block to select the colour.
    Choose your quantity per product and click “add to cart”. You can now continue shopping…

What happens if the garment is out of stock?

When you select your size and colour, you will be able to see how many are available in stock. If your desired item is out of stock, please let us know via our contact us page if you would like to be notified when that item will be back in stock.


How do I know my size?

Our styles are cleverly designed to grow with you. Refer to the sizing chart within the product details for more details.

What do I do when I have finished my selection?
At any point you can view and edit what you have selected to purchase by going to ” shopping cart”   located on the top right hand side of the screen and choosing to “view cart” or proceed to “checkout”.


How do I pay?

You can pay via bank transfer (EFT) or by  using your credit card. Please note that our payment process is secure via the PayGate e-commerce system. View our terms of use for more information. Once you have completed the payment process, you will receive a confirmation email with a reference number.

What is a wishlist?

You are able to create a list of desired products, either for your own future reference or as a Gift Registry to share with your friends.

  1. Choose a product and click on ‘add to wish list’
  2. You will be directed to create and name a new wish list or add the product to your existing wish list
  3. Choose who you would like to share your wish list with and send them the URL that gets mailed to you.

Wishlist Options:

  • Public wishlists are view-able by anyone and appear in search results if the search terms match the wishlist title.
  • Shared wishlists do not show up in search, but are view-able by anyone that has the URL that links to the wishlist.
  • Private wishlists are only view-able by the wishlist owner.

Please note: Wishlist items are subject to availability at the time of purchase.


How do I redeem a gift voucher

Once you finished adding products to your cart, proceed to the checkout page. Below the heading “Checkout” (at the top of the page), you are supplied an option to redeem your voucher. Select this option, and enter your voucher code in the space provided.


How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?

What do I do if I need to return an item?

If you are unhappy with any item, we will gladly exchange it or give you a refund. Please view our Returns and Exchanges section.
